Floyd Grindley

Mr. Grindley brings to Petrojam a wealth of experience in strategic planning, safety, operational management and project management. He has over 16 years of engineering experience in the petrochemical, power generation and bauxite industries and has worked in a number of senior professional roles both locally and internationally.

Delroy Brown

Delroy Brown has been employed to Petrojam Limited since May 2014, in the capacity of Chief Financial Controller. His expertise spans management, finance and accounting, having worked for more than three decades with both private and public sector enterprises in corporate planning, financial analysis and auditing.
His professional experience includes senior management positions at Lascelles deMercado /Wray and Nephew Group, ICWI Group Limited, Jamaica Public Service, National Water Commission and the Ministry of Finance and Planning

Yolande Ramharrack

Yolande Ramharrack, took up the post of Manager, Human Resource Development and Administration on February 13. 2017.

Chevril Shaw

Mrs. Chevril Shaw joined the company in June 2005 as a Process Engineer and held this position until September 2006, when she was promoted to Senior Process Engineer.  As a key member of the Refinery Upgrade Project Team, she was instrumental in completing the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Phase of the project.

Michael Hewett

Mr. Michael Hewett is a Chemical Engineer. His tenure with Petrojam spans 30 years. He begun in 1982 as a Process Engineer and progressed through the ranks to Refinery Coordinator, Senior Supervisor Economics and Planning and, then in 2000 to his current position as Manager, Logistics and Marketing.  In his current position, Mr. Hewett has responsibility for the following areas: 

Brian Case

Brian Case was appointed Acting Manager, Reliability and Maintenance in January 2017.

Telroy Morgan

Mr. Telroy Morgan has been employed to Petrojam Limited since 1995, when he joined the company as a Refinery Process Engineer. He was promoted to Process Engineering Supervisor in 2003 with primary responsibilities for Process Operations Technical Support (Contact), Energy Conservation and Oil Loss Management. In 2005, he was promoted to the position of Refinery Production Manager. In his portfolio he is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the plant; from the receipt of crude oil to the production and storage of refined products for market dispatch.

Leon Jarrett

Mr. Leon Jarrett is the Manager of Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance and Security at Petrojam Limited. He joined the company in 1989 as Chief Chemist in the Safety Department. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Jarrett occupied several positions within the company. During this tenure he worked as Acting Factory Manager for four years in the Belize Operations.
