REFINERY LIGHTING UPGRADE - ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND CABLES

Petrojam Limited now invites sealed bids from bidders for the supply of Electrical Construction Materials & Cables for its Refinery Lighting Upgrade project. The goods are to be delivered C.I.F. to the Port of Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies.

 

Contract Award Requirement

If successful, a local bidder is required to provide a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) and

a valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) certificate in the category of Electrical and Communication Supplies prior to contract award.

If successful, an international bidder while not required to submit Jamaican TCC and NCC

certificates prior to contract award must demonstrate tax compliance in country of registration.

 

Collection of Bidding Documents

Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, September 18, 2017-October 2, 2017 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., or via an email request to bidqueries@petrojam.com.

Deadline for Submission of Bids

Bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Refinery Lighting Upgrade – Electrical Construction Materials & Cables in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Monday, October 9, 2017 at 11:00a.m.  Late bids will be rejected.

 

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Monday, October 9, 2017 at 11:05a.m.  Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.

 

Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
